The Proforma Construction seismic team along with representatives from AllianceNRG will be the featured speakers at the regular monthly meeting of the 680 CIX (Commercial Idea Exchange) to be held at Scott’s Restaurant in Walnut Creek on Wednesday, August 19th at 8:00 AM.
A discussion of the 100% financing program to cover the soft and hard costs to seismically reinforce and renovate buildings will be presented. This financial tool created by AllianceNRG and funded by Deutsche Bank will be explained. San Francisco instituted this program last year. New cities and counties in the East Bay that were recently approved to receive this financing will be announced.
