Jeff Antrim President of Proforma Construction will be a guest panelist at the Thursday, May 8th meeting of the Appraisal Institute. Topic for discussion will be “The Cost to Construct, A View from the Front Line”.
Other panelists expected to speak are: Paul Menzies of Laconia Development, Tom Rodriguez of Scott Valley Bank and Mike McGinnis of U.B.S. Real Estate. The event will be held at the Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville from 4-6 PM. Members of the Appraisal Institute and bankers from the CRE industry are invited to attend.
