Here are just a couple of great events coming up soon in Pleasanton, CA that you should not miss!
- The Apes at Concert In The Park: The Concert in the Park series runs through the summer and is a favorite among Pleasanton locals. These free concerts take place every Friday night throughout the warmer months, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Lions Wayside Park (First Street and Neal Street). One installation of these concerts will feature The Apes, and you will definitely not want to miss it! On July 31st, The Apes bring their contemporary rock and talent to Pleasanton and will provide great entertainment for a perfect night in the park. Bring a picnic and a blanket to settle in for a great evening under the stars.
- 1st Wednesday Street Party: This month’s 1st Wednesday falls on August 5th. On that day, from 6:00 and 9:00 p.m., Main Street comes alive with energy as the community turns out to celebrate this street party together. Fast Times will be performing, and there will be a Pooch Parade down Main Street (learn more about this fundraising event here). Shop, dine, and visit ArtBlock on W. Angeles Street to see the offerings of over thirty local artists.
