Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

by Proforma Construction Inc, August 1, 2016

Let us take you down because we’re going to . . . make delicious strawberry lemonade popsicles.

The heat of the summer calls for us to use our complex human brains in order to find a solution in which we cool ourselves down. Through the use of water, fruits, and our freezer we can make delicious and cold popsicles. Here is how you can cool your family down with this easy-to-make strawberry lemonade popsicles recipe.

Prep time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Servings: 12

Calories: 79

Ingredients

  • 1, 12 oz. can of frozen lemonade from concentrate
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1, 16 oz. package of frozen sliced strawberries

Directions

  • In a large pitcher, stir together the lemonade from concentrate and water.
  • Dump the strawberries into the container of a blender and mix until it is smooth. (Poor in some of the lemonade if necessary to make blending it easier.)
  • Stir the strawberry puree into the lemonade and mix.
  • Pour the strawberry lemonade mixture into the molds, and freeze until they are firm.
  • If your molds don’t come with tops, place a sheet of aluminum foil and, with a knife, cut slits into the middle of the mold and insert the popsicle stick in there. It will keep the stick centered.
  • When fully frozen, run the molds under hot water for a few moments. This will melt the layer of popsicle that is frozen onto the mold and make sliding it out easier.
