Oakland’s Impact Hub is a collaborative open work space environment located within “The Hive”. Comprising 15,000 SF of open floor plan, the HUB has private airy offices, conference spaces, and open desk platforms for social networking all in one location. To bring pricing to an affordable level via a negotiated design assist agreement, Proforma helped re-engineer and reconstruct adjacent and non-similar structures that needed to be connected as one within the space.
